Carnevalli invests heavily in technology

Carnevalli, like other Brazilian companies, are taking advantage of Brazil's economy to export its products and solutions. "Without a doubt, prices are better for exports and we have been participating in this economic activity for many years," the company's commercial director, Wilson Carnevalli, told Plast Peru News.

The executive said that exports grew more than the domestic market of Brazil and that, for this reason, the company exports about 40% of its total production.

For more than 50 years, Carnevalli has contributed to the growth of Brazilian industry. Currently it exports to more than 60 countries of the five continents and more than 4,000 equipments were produced, delivered and installed in clients of diverse sectors. "We have been growing every year. In 2015 we grew about 15% in sales globally, "said the executive.

"The prices are affordable"

According to Carnevalli, its represented has more than 120 equipment installed in Peru through more than 30 clients (Grupo Peru Alfa, Proplast Barrera, Peruplast, among others). "The Peruvian market is growing for Carnevalli, so we want to have a greater presence in the country," he said.

He also pointed out that the commercial development in 2016 and expectations for 2017 reflect a highly competitive scenario in Peru, "because prices are affordable and there are many investments of Peruvian customers because of our good supply."

On the other hand, the interviewee assured that Carnevalli makes many investments in technology, one of its main referents in the industry.

"In each fair that we attend in Brazil we exhibit a different technological innovation and then we spread this strategy in the countries where we have commercial presence," he said.

For example, in the last edition of Expo Plast Peru the company exhibited its Polaris Plus 65 extruder with a 75 hp engine output, 240 kg / h production, HDPE / LDPE / LDPE processed materials, and a reduction of 20 % In electricity costs per kilogram of processed material.

For Wilson Carnevalli, participating in specialized fairs as exhibitors "is the best way to do marketing, since we can sell equipment, close deals and show our advanced technology to customers."

"It is essential to put a team working 100% in a fair, which is a point of more visibility. The customers always come to the fairs and that motivates us to participate as exhibitors because the results are excellent ", he stressed.
